The Role & Our Client:
This is a full-time remote role for a fast-growing U.S. marketing agency in the home services space. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll perform cold calling, engage with inbound leads, build rapport, and set qualified appointments for the company’s founder.
If you’re confident on the phone, fluent in English, and motivated to grow your sales career, this is an excellent opportunity. High performers will have the chance to advance into closing roles with greater responsibility and earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
Cold call leads from targeted prospect lists
Call inbound warm leads within 10 minutes of form submission
Build trust and qualify small-business owners (many running 6–7 figure companies)
Schedule high-quality appointments for the company’s founder
Follow up via phone, email, and CRM to keep leads engaged
Keep detailed notes and update the pipeline in GoHighLevel (CRM)
Learn and apply AI tools like ChatGPT and marketing automations
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English (clear verbal and written communication)
Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on the phone
Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and productivity tools
Nice to Have (not required):
Background in B2B sales, marketing, or home services
Familiarity with digital marketing or the remodeling industry
