We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation across multiple client accounts in U.S. markets.
This role is focused on proactive outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and booking qualified sales meetings. You will work closely with Account Executives and client stakeholders to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects into sales opportunities.
This is a remote role based in Latin America with required overlap with U.S. business hours.
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Research and build targeted prospect lists aligned with each client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and timing
Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
Move leads efficiently through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activity tracking
Track and report on outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Follow up persistently with prospects who show interest
Collaborate with internal sales leadership to optimize targeting and messaging
Continuously test and refine messaging to improve reply and booking rates
1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales as an SDR, BDR, or similar role
Proven experience prospecting into U.S. markets
Strong written and spoken English (C1 or C2 required)
Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new sales tools quickly
Metrics-driven mindset with consistent performance against targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
Ability to work aligned with U.S. time zones
Experience working with Sales Development as a Service (SDaaS) or agency models
Experience managing outreach across multiple client accounts
Experience running structured multi-touch outbound sequences
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar
Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly meeting booking targets
Generating qualified pipeline aligned with client ICPs
Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and accurate activity reporting
Improving reply and meeting conversion rates through testing and optimization
Becoming a reliable pipeline contributor across assigned accounts
