We are looking for a sales talent operation specialist to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
Sales Hiring Pipeline Management
- Ensure a steady and high-quality pipeline of candidates for sales roles through external recruitment vendors
- Track and manage candidate flow across different hiring stages to support timely hiring
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, vendors, and Sales hiring managers
- Maintain clear visibility of hiring progress and pipeline status
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters
- Align vendors on hiring requirements, candidate profiles, and expectations
- Monitor vendor performance (quality, speed, conversion rates) and optimise partnerships
- Ensure vendors meet agreed SLAs and hiring targets
Process & Operations Excellence
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, vendors, and hiring data
- Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and vendor effectiveness
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance hiring efficiency
- Support hiring campaigns and scaling initiatives for the Sales team
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Sales leaders to understand hiring priorities and urgency
- Act as the key coordinator between Sales teams and external vendors
- Provide regular updates on hiring pipeline, challenges, and market insights
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, vendor management, or operations, ideally supporting high-volume hiring
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and vendors simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data, tracking pipelines, and managing reports
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
