About the Role:
The Commercial Products team manages the custom-built systems powering Nine’s Sales, Traffic, and Finance operations. These critical applications manage all revenue associated with our broadcast schedules.
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will provide delivery leadership to our development teams, charting project goals and driving the next evolution of our applications. We are looking for an Agile expert who can foster a culture of continuous improvement and predictable delivery.
What You’ll Do
Process Leadership: Establish and guide effective Agile ceremonies and team practices.
Project Delivery: Lead project kick-offs, develop roadmaps, and track progress against short- and long-term goals.
Stakeholder Partnership: Manage prioritization and trade-offs with business partners to align with technology goals.
Execution & Optimization: Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks to delivery schedules.
Continuous Improvement: Optimize delivery workflows and partner with squads to drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 3+ years in an Iteration or Agile Delivery role within a technical environment.
Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern Agile practices and the ability to apply them flexibly.
Delivery Excellence: A proven track record of delivering high-quality products alongside product and dev teams.
Technical Literacy: Ability to distill complex business requirements into clear stories and tasks.
Qualifications: Scrum Master certification and proficiency in Atlassian JIRA (sprint reporting).
Bonus Points: Experience in the digital media industry.
