Essential Functions
Develop strategic direction for IT/OT assets, monitoring advancements in the industryEnsure IT/OT systems available, capable, and accessible to meet production requirementsBuild and develop a strong, high performing cross-functional teamManage departmental training, development, coaching, performance, and recruitmentCollaborate with Site Leadership on workload solutions and IT/OT resource prioritization
Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or applicable technical degree required7+ years IT/OT systems management, automation, or security experience3+ years supervisory/team leadership experience requiredGAMP5, 21CFR11 compliance experience requiredPharma/chemical manufacturing background preferredKnowledge of MES, SQL, Oracle a plus
