Marketing Manager – B2B Recruiting & AI Platform (Remote)
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive team. You’ll need to bring strong organizational skills, expertise in both organic and paid marketing, and a proactive approach to campaign management. This role offers flexibility for remote work and a high level of responsibility in shaping marketing strategies.
About HopHR:
We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in connecting companies—from startups to Fortune 500 firms—with top-tier talent in software, data science, and AI. This role will also play a key role in planning and executing the relaunch of our AI-powered hiring platform, Moon, including launch messaging, positioning, and go-to-market coordination.
In this role, you will lead marketing campaigns aimed at reaching U.S. companies interested in hiring both Latin American and U.S. talent, driving awareness and engagement for this exciting new initiative.
Team Structure:
Most of our team is based in Latin America, but our headquarters are located in San Francisco, California. This position is fully remote and open to candidates from United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, with no travel requirements.
Proficiency at a C2 level or native English fluency is required.
Goals and Challenges:
