Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our social media communities across multiple platforms, in alignment with our business objectives and driving significant global brand awareness. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our social and influencer strategy, creating compelling content, and fostering world-class engagement to elevate global brand awareness.

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our growth objectives, boosting brand awareness and driving traffic.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all platforms, keeping the social calendar dynamic, vibrant, and consistent.
- Collaborate on campaigns to ensure all initiatives align with Kurt Geiger’s brand ethos and objectives.
- Manage daily community engagement - responding to comments and messages and keeping conversations active across channels.
- Lead and mentor the Social Media Assistant, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality content and workflow efficiency.
- Support influencer gifting and content creator collaborations, ensuring partnerships align with brand objectives and generate engaging content.
- Work closely with the Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing to amplify campaigns and increase engagement.
- Support organic boosting initiatives, including Spark codes, in collaboration with the paid social team to grow audiences and enhance campaigns.
- Track, measure, and report on social media performance, analyzing metrics to provide actionable insights and inform future strategies.
- Maintain the Kurt Geiger tone of voice across all content, ensuring consistency and resonance with our audience.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Results-driven, with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in social media and analytics tools such as Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics, Iconosquare, Sprout Social, ShopMy and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of social media trends and the nuances of each platform.
- High interest in all things social, pop culture, and the US market, with a keen eye for emerging trends and cultural moments.
- Excellent creative and communication skills, with the ability to craft on-brand messaging.
- Highly organised with strong process orientation and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
