We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to transform social media into a high-impact growth channel for a fast-growing, premium consumer brand. This role goes beyond posting content—you will own strategy, execution, engagement, and performance, with a clear focus on driving visibility, interaction, and conversions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across reels, posts, stories, and carousels.
  • Create compelling, scroll-stopping content aligned with a premium and aspirational brand identity.
  • Write engaging captions that encourage interaction and drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and the marketing team to deliver high-quality content.

Community Management

  • Manage Instagram comments and DMs with a timely, brand-appropriate voice.
  • Build strong relationships with followers and customers to foster loyalty.
  • Encourage, curate, and manage user-generated content.

Influencer & Partnerships

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant micro and mid-tier influencers.
  • Coordinate influencer content, shoots, and in-store visits where applicable.
  • Track influencer performance and measure ROI against engagement and reach goals.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor key metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Share weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Partner with the marketing team to align organic and paid social campaigns.

Success Metrics

  • Improve engagement rate to 5–6% within 6 months.
  • Drive meaningful and consistent website traffic from social platforms.
  • Achieve 20–30% growth in Instagram followers.
  • Build a scalable, repeatable content and engagement system.

Who Should Apply

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for D2C, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated success in improving engagement, not just follower count.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation (not reliant solely on agencies).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and evolving content formats.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
