Supply Chain Consultant (WMS)
As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will be part of the Professional Services team and will be responsible for:
- Functional analysis of customer warehouse processes (retail, 3PL, industry, e-commerce, etc.)
- Drafting functional and technical specifications for implementations
- Configure and parameterize Generix solutions according to customer requirements
- Integration with other systems (ERP, TMS, OMS, EDI, ...)
- Guide customer journeys from design to go-live
- End-user training: training users in our solutions
- After-go-live support: bug fixing, optimization, further development
- Reporting to management on project status, risks and KPIs
Als Supply Chain Consultant maak je deel uit van het Professional Services-team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Functionele analyse van de magazijnprocessen bij klanten (retail, 3PL, industrie, e-commerce …)
- Het opstellen van functionele en technische specificaties voor implementaties
- Configureren en parametriseren van Generix oplossingen volgens klantvereisten
- Integratie met andere systemen (ERP, TMS, OMS, EDI, …)
- Begeleiden van klanttrajecten van ontwerp tot go-live
- Opleiding van eindgebruikers: gebruikers trainen in onze oplossingen
- After-go-live support: bugfixing, optimalisatie, doorontwikkeling
- Rapportage aan het management over projectstatus, risico’s en KPI’s
Qualifications
Education & experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent through work experience (preferably logistics, business administration, computer science or engineering)
- Relevant experience in supply chain / warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, cross-docking, wave-management, etc.)
- Knowledge of integration projects with ERP / other systems is a plus
Skills and competencies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented and communicatively strong: you can translate complex logistics processes into system configurations
- Project management skills: you monitor planning, quality and budgets
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Benelux (and possibly beyond)
- Working independently, but also working together in multidisciplinary teams
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and oral
Opleiding & ervaring
- Bachelor- of Masterdiploma of gelijkgesteld door werkervaring (bij voorkeur logistiek, bedrijfskunde, informatica of techniek)
- Relevante ervaring in supply chain / magazijnprocessen (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, cross-docking, wave-management, etc.)
- Kennis van integratieprojecten met ERP / andere systemen is een plus

- Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
- Klantgericht en communicatief sterk: je kunt complexe logistieke processen vertalen naar systeemconfiguraties
- Projectmanagementvaardigheden: je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budgetten
- Flexibiliteit en reisbereidheid binnen de Benelux (en eventueel daarbuiten)
- Zelfstandig werken, maar ook samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, zowel geschreven als mondeling
