We are in a sprint. To hit our 2026 goals, we need to double our team immediately. This role exists to provide the surgical precision and speed required to clear our hiring backlog across all departments.
You will be a vital extension of our team for the next 3 months.

Full-Cycle Execution
Manages a high-volume req load across Tech and GTM, taking candidates from first touch to signed offer.
Sources relentlessly for passive talent, utilizing advanced search techniques to find the "hidden" 1%.
Facilitates seamless interview loops, ensuring hiring managers remain focused and decisive.
Pipeline Management
Maintains a clean and data-driven ATS, providing real-time visibility into pipeline health.
Acts as a brand ambassador, delivering a high-touch experience that reflects Vibe’s "Move with Urgency" value.
You have at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup.
You have a track record of closing at least 3-5 high-quality hires per month in a technical or sales capacity.
You have mastered modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn Recruiter (e.g., GitHub, Apollo, specialized Slack communities).
You have worked on a freelance or RPO basis where rapid onboarding and immediate delivery were required.
Previous experience in the AdTech or TV advertising industry.
For the Paris role: Fluency in English and French.
