Onera Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and owning our recruitment efforts, with a strong focus on US commercial growth and sales hiring.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of our recruitment strategy and execution, with a primary focus on commercial and sales roles to support our international growth ambitions.
You won’t just fill vacancies, you will build teams that drive revenue and long-term success. You will deeply understand Onera’s mission, product, and culture to ensure strong alignment and high-quality hiring decisions.
You will own and expand our presence within the sleep ecosystem. This means actively attending industry events, building strong networks, and positioning Onera as a key player in the market.
You are comfortable recruiting across different domains, from IT to Operations, but your main focus will be scaling our US commercial and sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Commercial Recruitment Ownership: Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, primarily focused on US sales and commercial roles to accelerate our growth.
• Culture & Value Alignment: Ensure candidates align strongly with our core values: Be Bold, We Care, We Are One. And strengthen our company culture with every hire.
• Sleep Network Ownership: Dive deep into the sleep medicine ecosystem. Build relationships, attend events, and create visibility for Onera in the market.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to translate business strategy into effective hiring plans.
• Multi-Functional Hiring: Support hiring across Operations, IT, Service Delivery, R&D, with a strong emphasis on Sales and commercial growth in the US.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build strong talent pipelines to support continuous scaling.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or another relevant field.
• Strong experience hiring commercial and sales profiles, ideally within the US market.
• Experience recruiting across different functions (Sales, IT, Operations).
• Willing to work hybrid from our NL office.
• High ownership mentality, you take full responsibility for your domain.
• Commercially sharp and able to understand growth dynamics.
• Strong networking skills and comfortable representing Onera at events and conferences.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
