About The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month contract) to join our fully remote Canadian team, with the potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent (Marisa), you’ll be a driver of our hiring momentum — owning searches end-to-end and helping us bring exceptional talent into KOHO during an exciting phase of our growth, our journey to getting a bank license. You’ll partner closely with leaders across tech, product, data, marketing, finance, and user success to move roles forward with pace, clarity, and strong judgment.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the thrill of the close, gets real energy from building strong pipelines, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, standout candidate experiences that reflect who we are as a company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll own full-cycle recruitment across a diverse set of roles, driving searches forward with structure, urgency, and a strong focus on quality.

• You’ll partner deeply with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, align on what great looks like, and bring market insight that enables confident, timely decisions.

• You’ll proactively build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and KOHO’s longer-term growth.

• You’ll deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience — ensuring every interaction feels timely, human, and reflective of our culture.

• You’ll leverage AI-driven recruiting tools and modern sourcing approaches to strengthen funnel health, improve efficiency, and increase hiring predictability.
  

Who You Are

• You bring 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-moving tech or fintech environment.

• You’re a trusted partner to hiring managers, known for clear communication, sound judgment, and strong ownership.

• You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, equally comfortable designing creative hiring approaches and getting into the weeds sourcing and assessing talent.

• You’re highly organized and deeply candidate-centric, with a track record of running smooth, high-quality hiring processes.

• You’re curious and forward-thinking, excited to experiment with AI tools and new ways of working to improve outcomes.

• You’re adaptable and team-oriented, open to flexing into broader People initiatives such as employer brand, connection moments, and cross-functional projects as priorities evolve.

The budgeted salary range for this role is $75,000-95,000CAD / year.

Compensation at KOHO is determined through various factors including but not limited to: comparable salary market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, a holistic view of previous work history, and internal pay equity with other KOHO team members.

À propos du rôle

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Partenaire en acquisition de talents (contrat de 6 mois) pour se joindre à notre équipe canadienne en mode 100 % télétravail, avec possibilité de prolongation.

Relevant de la Gestionnaire, Talent (Marisa), tu seras un moteur important de notre momentum d’embauche — en prenant en charge les mandats de recrutement de bout en bout et en nous aidant à attirer des talents exceptionnels chez KOHO pendant une phase très stimulante de notre croissance, notamment notre parcours vers l’obtention d’une licence bancaire.

Tu collaboreras étroitement avec des leaders en technologie, produit, données, marketing, finance et expérience utilisateur afin de faire avancer les rôles avec rapidité, clarté et un excellent jugement.

Ce rôle est idéal pour quelqu’un qui aime le frisson de conclure une embauche, qui trouve une réelle énergie à bâtir des pipelines solides et qui est fier·ère d’offrir des expériences candidats attentionnées et mémorables, à l’image de notre culture.

Ce que tu feras

• Prendre en charge le cycle complet de recrutement pour une variété de rôles, en faisant avancer les recherches avec structure, urgence et un fort souci de qualité.

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires d’embauche afin de définir les stratégies de recrutement, s’aligner sur les critères de succès et partager des insights marché permettant des décisions confiantes et rapides.

• Bâtir et entretenir des pipelines de talents de grande qualité, pour répondre à la fois aux besoins immédiats et à la croissance à long terme de KOHO.

• Offrir une expérience candidat fluide et personnalisée, où chaque interaction est humaine, rapide et alignée sur notre culture.

• Utiliser des outils de recrutement propulsés par l’IA et des approches modernes de sourcing pour améliorer la santé du funnel, l’efficacité et la prévisibilité des embauches.

Qui tu es

• Tu as 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en recrutement cycle complet, idéalement dans un environnement tech ou fintech en forte croissance.

• Tu es reconnu·e comme un partenaire de confiance auprès des gestionnaires, avec une communication claire, un bon jugement et un fort sens des responsabilités.

• Tu sais conjuguer vision stratégique et exécution concrète — autant à l’aise pour concevoir des approches créatives que pour plonger dans le sourcing et l’évaluation des talents.

• Tu es très organisé·e et centré·e sur le candidat, avec un historique de processus d’embauche fluides et de haute qualité.

• Tu es curieux·se et tourné·e vers l’avenir, enthousiaste à l’idée d’expérimenter avec l’IA et de nouvelles façons de travailler.

• Tu es flexible et collaboratif·ve, ouvert·e à contribuer à des initiatives plus larges de l’équipe People (marque employeur, moments de connexion, projets transversaux) selon l’évolution des priorités.
