The Opportunity
We're seeking a meticulous Training Coordinator to join our team at Iru. In this part-time role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing our training programs, ensuring seamless execution of learning initiatives that support our customer certification program. This position requires someone who thrives on organization, communicates with clarity and precision, and can juggle multiple training projects simultaneously.
Please note this is a hybrid position in Miami, FL.
What You'll Do
Oversee end-to-end logistics for training programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning through completionSchedule training sessions and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendorsManage training materials, resources, and documentationMaintain and update the training calendarPrepare and distribute training materials in advance of sessionsManage and maintain the learning management system (LMS)Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate training effectivenessTrack participation, attendance, and completion ratesIdentify opportunities to improve training programs, processes, and overall participant experience
What You'll Bring
Around 5 years or more of project management experienceProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detailOutstanding written communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, professional correspondenceExperience creating comprehensive documentation and translating complex information into accessible contentStrong ability to anticipate needs, proactively identify potential issues, and keep projects on track with minimal supervisionExperience with learning management systems (LMS) preferredPrevious experience in training coordination strongly preferred
