Familiarity and knowledge of Enterprise systems including, but not limited to site LMS, Laboratory System, Documentation System and SAP.
Description: Designs and develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications in support of business processes.
Implements training administration processes, including records management.
Schedules, plans and delivers instructor-led training sessions. Must possess ability to explain complex technical concepts and tasks.
