Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in US staffing and recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT roles across US clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, technical skills, and work eligibility
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates
Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with speed and accuracy
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or freshers with strong interest in US staffing
Good understanding of IT roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Exposure to US recruitment process
Familiarity with visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizen)
Experience using ATS tools
