lemlist is a sales engagement platform giving sales teams a real competitive edge.
Bootstrapped from day one, we’ve grown from $0 to $40M ARR in just six years, without raising a single dollar. Today, we’re a profitable B2B SaaS company valued at $150M, trusted by more than 40,000 sales teams worldwide to run their outbound.
In November 2025, we acquired Claap, a $2M ARR sales conversation intelligence platform.
This acquisition marks the start of an exciting new chapter: building an AI-powered, end-to-end sales platform that helps teams book more meetings, and close more deals.
We’re looking for a Video Content Lead to own lemlist’s video strategy end-to-end, from editorial thinking to final execution.
Your mission: turn video into a strategic growth lever, not just a production function.
That means creating high-impact video content that supports our priorities (product launches, growth initiatives, employer brand) while being deeply aligned with our audience: B2B sales teams and RevOps.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role within the Marketing team, working directly with the CMO and collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Brand.
You won’t just “receive briefs”.
You’ll anticipate needs, propose ideas, own projects, and deliver video content that is on-point, on-time, and on-brand.
Own lemlist’s video editorial vision across formats and channels.
Define concepts, angles, and key messages adapted to our audiences (B2B Sales & RevOps).
Write or supervise video scripts (product launches, social content, YouTube formats, TikTok, internal videos).
Ensure strong editorial coherence and brand consistency across lemlist and Claap.
Challenge ideas coming from Marketing or Leadership to maximize clarity, relevance, and impact.
Proactively propose video ideas from scratch, aligned with company priorities.
Own video projects end-to-end:
Ideation
Script & pre-production
Production & shooting
Editing & final delivery
Publication or coordination with distribution
Act as the single owner of each project, no blurred ownership.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and on-camera participants.
Manage priorities, deadlines, and scope with a strong sense of what matters most.
Arrive 100% prepared on shooting days:
Clear plan
Clear script
Clear shot list
Clear creative direction
Confidently direct people on camera (framing, posture, rhythm, energy).
Manage the video studio and equipment.
Shoot both in studio and on location when needed.
Ensure production efficiency and a smooth experience for everyone involved.
Own video editing end-to-end with a high execution standard.
Deliver strong V1s that are close to final (minimal back-and-forth expected).
Ensure clear pacing, structure, and storytelling, even for a non-expert audience.
Use AI tools in a smart, natural way to move faster and continuously improve quality.
Have a deep understanding of our products (lemlist & claap) to:
Select the right product moments to show (UI, features, flows).
Create clear and effective product UI inserts (tutos, masterclasses, launches, collaborations).
Know what to highlight, how to frame it, when to zoom or animate, and what not to show.

Key marketing priorities & product launches
Understand our existing content, channels, and what performs.
Take ownership of your first video projects end-to-end.
Start proposing relevant video concepts tied to real business needs.
Fully own key video initiatives linked to launches, campaigns, or brand moments.
Anticipate Marketing and Product needs instead of reacting to them.
Deliver video projects independently, with strong execution and minimal supervision.
Become a trusted creative and strategic partner.
This role is for people who enjoy thinking as much as executing and who take ownership of both the why and the how.
You have strong empathy, curiosity, and learning speed. Even if you don’t come from a SaaS or sales background, the B2B sales world genuinely interests you, and you’re able to ramp up fast to create content that resonates with sales teams.
You can deeply understand SaaS products and leverage them naturally in videos, choosing the right features and flows to make the product feel useful, simple, and credible.
You’re a doer with strong ownership. You don’t wait for perfect briefs,, you identify problems, propose solutions, and move projects forward.
You’re highly autonomous and organized. You plan ahead, prepare shoots and projects thoroughly, and keep things moving without last-minute stress or excessive back-and-forth.
You combine creativity with logic. Your ideas are original, but always relevant, audience-aware, and tied to clear objectives.
You have a critical eye on your own work and aim for strong V1s, continuously improving quality and clarity.
You have solid technical foundations in video production and editing (shooting, sound, color, pacing) and are fully comfortable with modern video tools, including AI.
You’re fluent in English (content & internal communication).
Experience writing or producing humorous or personality-driven content.
Previous experience in B2B, SaaS, or product-led environments.
To apply, send us:
A short message telling us why you wouldn’t want to be a salesperson (or what you find hardest about the role)
2–3 video projects (professional or personal) you’ve worked on in the last 2 years
They can be serious projects, side projects, or experiments — as long as you were directly involved in creating them.
