About the Role:
Camunda is seeking a senior, strategic, and execution-oriented leader to serve as Vice President of Global GTM Enablement, Execution & Transformation. This role is responsible for defining, operationalizing, and scaling Camunda’s global Go-to-Market (GTM) enablement and execution. Driving improved productivity, strengthening market differentiation across theaters, regions and segments, ultimately positively impacting AE ramp, customer retention, pipeline, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Enterprise SaaS, global scaling, and revenue enablement, with a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product Teams, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to build a disciplined, data-driven, and globally consistent GTM engine
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Lead and scale a global enablement organization, including people managers and teams across Global Field Operations.
In Partnership with CRO & Revenue Ops, define vision, priorities, and operating cadence for the GTM Enablement function; coach and develop high-performing leaders.
Ruthlessly prioritize business initiatives and align cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, PMM, RevOps, HR) around a unified GTM and enablement strategy.
Champion a culture of learning, execution excellence, and seller empowerment across the global revenue organization.
Partner with executive leadership to define and refine Camunda’s global Go-to-Market strategy aligned to company objectives.
Develop and execute global scaling strategies while accounting for regional nuances across EMEA, Canada, Australia, and emerging markets.
Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to ensure GTM strategy aligns with product roadmap, positioning, and differentiation.
Work cross-functionally to understand competitive analysis and leverage market intelligence efforts to continuously refine GTM strategy.
Own and continuously evolve a world-class global onboarding program to reduce time-to-productivity and accelerate time-to-quota.
Partner with RevOps to define and track onboarding KPIs (e.g., time to first deal, 30/60/90/180-day attainment).
Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to measure onboarding effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure onboarding programs are role, segment, and region-specific.
Define sales core competencies and coaching benchmarks in partnership with Sales & CS Leadership.
Develop enablement strategies to upskill experienced sellers while reinforcing sales methodology and core plays.
With Marketing, lead readiness for new product launches, while translating GTM strategy into training, playbooks, and customer-facing messaging.
Plan and deliver global enablement programs aligned to business priorities and sales outcomes.
Manage learning delivery across multiple modalities (live, virtual, peer-to-peer, and self-paced).
Build and maintain scalable enablement assets including sales playbooks, role-based learning paths, competitive intelligence, and talk tracks.
Identify and implement tools and emerging technologies (including AI) to scale content creation and learning effectiveness.
Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the business impact of GTM and enablement programs.
Correlate enablement engagement with revenue outcomes (pipeline, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment).
Use data and feedback to continuously optimize, scale, or sunset programs based on ROI.
Must Haves:
15+ years of experience in senior GTM, revenue strategy, or enablement leadership roles within Enterprise SaaS.
Proven track record of building and scaling global GTM enablement teams, and strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
Strong understanding of Business Orchestration, enterprise buying motions, and multi-persona sales cycles.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong business acumen.
Experience operating at scale across regions with sensitivity to market and cultural differences.

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
