Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
Work harmoniously with colleagues in the restaurant, kitchen, and bar to ensure smooth service flow.
Communicate effectively with the team to anticipate service needs and deliver seamless guest experiences.
Product Knowledge and Sales:
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Promote daily specials and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience and optimize revenue.
Operational and Hygiene Standards:
Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per resort policies.
Participate in daily briefings and ensure all mise-en-place is prepared before service
Form 4 or equivalent certification.
· National Certificate Level 3 in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
