Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Receiving & Warehouse Administrative Lead to join our Carrollton, TX team. This role combines warehouse leadership with administrative support, ensuring the smooth flow of inbound shipments, accurate inventory control, and efficient communication between departments. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse receiving, inventory management, and administrative coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations
Schedule and coordinate full truckload (FTL) and container inbound shipments into the distribution center (DC)Oversee unloading, receiving, and quality control of inbound shipments with support from lumpers and forklift driversEnsure timely and accurate counting, verification, and palletizing of products according to specificationsPrint packing lists, apply pallet labels, and update product locations in the Navision ERP systemEnforce quality control standards for all inbound goods
Administrative & Warehouse Support
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, picking tickets, and bills of ladingServe as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments, handling inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal teamsOrganize and maintain physical and electronic records related to warehouse operationsAssist with planning and execution of cycle counts and inventory auditsSupport warehouse staff with repacking, handling, and verifying items as neededContribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Proven experience in warehouse receiving, inventory management, or warehouse administrationStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredFamiliarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred)Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs when assisting warehouse staffStrong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilitiesCustomer service experience (preferred)
