The Warehouse Technician performs warehouse activities including pulling (picking) orders, loading/unloading trucks, operating inventory tracking systems (DSI & E-1), and inventory counting.

Always follow all SOPs and GMPsMaintain a clean and well-organized work areaCompletely read and understand all instructions listed on all paperworkOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment necessary in the movement of materialsReceive materials and/or equipment, ensuring that shipment to be received, matches P.O., Bill of Lading, and packing slip. Enter shipment information into system using handheld scanner or computer. Complete paperwork and deliver to appropriate person(s)/department Pick material for shipment or processing by following Pick Sheet or Material Requisition, ensuring all instructions/notes are followed and all transactions are recorded via handheld scanner or computerRe-pack materials according to instructions on Pick Sheet and/or OrderReturn all unused materials to appropriate location and record transaction via handheld scanner or computerPerform inventory countsFollows all environmental, health and safety protocolsProvides support for all safety and environmental initiativesProactively attempts to prevent all accidents and eliminate all unsafe conditionsDemonstrates management’s commitment to safety
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent1-3 years prior warehouse and inventory experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Forklift/Material handling certificationKnowledge of E-1 and DSIAbility to follow Good Manufacturing Practices including the proper wearing of clean protective clothing, following personal hygiene standards, and adherence to food/drink/tobacco restrictions
