We’re filling this role for a fast-growing communications and experiential agency supporting some of the most innovative brands in health, wellness, fitness, and performance.
Internship experience or up to one year of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or corporate communications (agency, in-house, or a combination)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
Comfortable supporting client-facing teams in a fast-paced agency environment
Passion for storytelling, brand building, and culture
Entrenched in health, wellness, fitness, and performance (athletes and enthusiasts strongly encouraged to apply!)
Support account teams in developing and executing integrated communications campaigns
Assist in drafting foundational materials including meeting agendas, recaps, briefing documents, backgrounders, and presentations
Conduct industry, competitor, and media landscape research to inform client strategy
Monitor media coverage and industry news; maintain organized tracking documents in real time
Compile and format client-ready reports and recaps (monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based)
Maintain and update internal databases, trackers, and account documents
Assist with scheduling client meetings and circulating action items post-call
Track deadlines, deliverables, and next steps across accounts via Asana and other workflow systems
Support event logistics and client activations as needed
Coordinate product shipments and inventory tracking (when applicable)
Assist with monthly expense tracking and reconciliation for clients and team leads
Maintain professional communication across internal and client Slack channels
Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Notion, and Slack
Media monitoring platforms including Muck Rack, Press Hook, QUOTED, TV Eyes (for tracking and reporting support)
