The Opportunity
Join a collaborative company in the rapidly growing data privacy/AI space as an Account Executive. You'll be selling cutting-edge technology that prospects actually need, with massive market demand driven by increasing privacy regulations. With average deals exceeding $100,000 ARR and an uncapped commission structure, top performers regularly outpace their OTE targets. What You'll Do
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Hunt and close new business opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing six-figure deals
Deliver compelling demos and presentations to C-suite executives (especially CIOs, CISOs)
Craft persuasive proposals that articulate clear value propositions
Negotiate contracts and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
Collaborate with BDRs to build a robust pipeline
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates
What You Bring
Proven track record of success in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales (2+ years minimum)
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling to C-suite executives at Fortune 1000 enterprises (preferably CIOs, CISOs)
Active professional presence on LinkedIn and the ability to prospect and generate opportunities
Technical aptitude and interest in data privacy/security (knowledge of GDPR, CCPA is a plus)
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree or higher
Ability to work from the Tysons, VA office three days per week (company-paid relocation available)
