The Enterprise Account Manager, Travel Vertical Enterprise, is responsible for managing and expanding Treering’s largest and most complex Travel accounts. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving retention and expansion, and delivering measurable business value to enterprise customers within the travel ecosystem. This mid-level role is well-suited for an experienced account manager who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and takes ownership of renewals, expansions, and strategic account growth while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise Travel accounts, serving as the primary point of contactDrive account growth through renewals, upsells, and strategic expansion opportunitiesBuild trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within customer organizationsDevelop strong partnerships with Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomesLead contract negotiations and renewal processes in collaboration with Sales leadershipMaintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline visibilityIdentify customer risks and opportunities early and proactively address themProvide structured customer feedback and insights to internal teams to inform product and process improvements
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within B2B SaaSBachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferredExperience managing enterprise customers with complex contracts and multiple stakeholders; Travel industry experience is a plus.Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skillsHighly organized, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategic account planning withhands-on executionAbility to balance strategic account planning with hands-on execution
