The Account Manager, Travel Vertical (SMB), manages a portfolio of small to mid-sized Travel customers, focusing on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in scaling Treering’s Travel Vertical by delivering consistent customer value across a higher-volume book of accounts. This role is ideal for a mid-level account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and enjoys building relationships at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a book of SMB Travel accounts, serving as the primary customer contactDrive renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship managementPartner with Customer Success to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagementIdentify customer needs, risks, and opportunities through regular check-insEnsure customers understand and realize the value of Treering’s solutions throughout the lifecycleMaintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and account documentationSurface customer feedback and insights to Sales and Product teams to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B SaaS environmentBachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferredExperience working with SMB or mid-market customers in a SaaS environment; Travel industry experience is a plusStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsComfortable managing a higher-volume book of accountsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
