Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects
Forge strong client connections via personalized outreach and exemplary service
Consult with new and existing clients to uncover their insurance needs and propose tailored coverage solutions
Sell and cross-sell a diverse suite of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Nurture relationships with follow-up support, ongoing policy reviews, and responsive communication
Consistently strive to exceed personal and agency sales targets
Stay current on product offerings, compliance standards, and sales best practices
Leverage CRM tools to effectively manage leads, pipeline activities, and renewals
Actively participate in team meetings, training, and collaborative sales strategy sessions
This role requires previous sales experience or a proven track record of meeting targets. Only those who fulfill these criteria will be considered.
Ideal Candidate
At least 1 year of proven success in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport
Proven drive and confidence in outbound prospecting and business development
Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus and will expand your client outreach
