Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
Sell and cross-sell a range of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and conducting regular policy reviews
Achieve and surpass individual sales targets to drive agency growth
Stay current with product knowledge and compliance requirements
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for passionate, proactive, and professional individuals who possess:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Confidence making outbound calls and closing business
Openness to coaching and eagerness to learn
Strong organization and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
