What you’ll do:
- Commencing in February 2027, you’ll join our Technology team and start developing your digital career by growing your capabilities across both Artificial Intelligence and Software Development.
- You will have the chance to work on projects that really matter to our business, and we'll surround you with a support crew of motivated and creative people who are invested in providing you with big opportunities to help you make a big impact.
- You’ll get the opportunity to really understand the Software lifecycle and how our Technology teams create and deliver products that make buying and selling a great experience for our customers.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Final year students (to graduate by end of 2026) or recent graduates (no later than 2025) with IT, Computer Science, Software Development or similar degrees/qualifications.
- A strong interest in AI demonstrated through learning beyond your course work such as side projects, hackathons or open-source contributions.
- Motivation to build a successful career in the digital space with the goal of becoming a skilled Technology Specialist.
- Demonstrated interest in Software Development and an interest in making things work in the real world, and solving customer problems.
- A true passion for learning and growth - we want you to be excited about learning our tech stack, the languages that we code in and how to work in an agile environment with the latest technologies.

- Graduates will commence employment in February 2027 in Melbourne.
