Residential Associate Director

• $1,150/week; $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as follows:  $500 after 90 days & $500 after 180 days
• Full-time salaried position,
• Responsible for supervision of 4-6 residential programs
• Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism
• Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
• Job responsibilities include an on-call rotation during evenings and weekends.
• Supervisory experience is required
• Requires one of the following:
  • A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, or
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, or
  • An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
    
• Basic computer skills required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
