Shadowfax Corporation – Full-Time Program Supervisor (Program Manager/Specialist)
Location: Shadowfax Day Program
Pay: $910/week | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 at 90 days + $500 at 180 days)
Schedule: Full-time

Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Program Manager/Specialist to lead staff at our Day Program. This role includes supervising employees, making sure the individuals who choose to receive our services are safe and supported, and ensuring our programs meet all state and agency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support program staff
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of individuals in the program
- Follow regulations (2390 & 2380) and complete required Program Specialist duties
- Communicate professionally with team members, other agencies, caregivers, and officials
- Be a positive role model and follow agency policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee program compliance
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with 3 years of safe driving
- Basic computer skills
- One of the following education/experience levels:
- Master’s degree + 1 year experience
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience
- Associate’s degree + 4 years experience
(All in human services-related fields)
- Must complete Front Line Supervisor (FLS) Certification within 12 months of hire
