We are on the hunt for a Chef de Partie for our Main Kitchen—someone who's not just comfortable wearing the chef's hat but thrives in a kitchen buzzing with collaborative spirit between all departments.
What you’ll do
Preparing dishes and carrying out the preparation of those dishes | Create orders based on the recipes | Implement new recipes and improvements based on guests' wishes | Close cooperation with the kitchen team | Play an important role in the daily kitchen operation | Being organized and ensuring that your department runs smoothly and effectively | Sharing knowledge with the rest of the team | Work according to the HACCP standards.

Experience in crafting exceptional dishes | Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment | Attention to detail | Positive, dynamic team player with a strong attention to detail | Passion for culinary excellence | Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management | Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
