No two days are the same in our dynamic Events team, and we take pride in creating unforgettable moments for our guests. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Waiter for our Events department (or as we like to call it; Chef de Rang). We are looking for someone who not only excels in providing outstanding hospitality but also thrives in an environment filled with collaboration, variety, and a commitment to exceptional service.
What You'll Do
Extend a warm welcome to guests | Collaborate closely with the kitchen team | Ensure smooth and effective execution of your tasks across different service areas | Share your knowledge with the broader team | Report to the respective department manager.
Who You Are
Enthusiast hospitality professional | A background in fine dining, banqueting, or events is preferred | Passionate about hospitality and connecting with people | Quick to adapt and remain effective in a dynamic and ever-changing environment | Enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with colleagues | Positive, dynamic team player with a keen attention to detail | Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination | Always ready with a smile and solutions for any challenges that may arise.
Nice to Have
Passion for luxury hospitality | Experience in training and mentoring junior staff | Previous experience in the Food and Beverage department of a 5-star hotel.
