Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable CNC Operator to support operations in the drill line and saw area. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to producing quality parts while following all safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC equipment used for drilling and sawing applications
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate production
Perform inspections to verify that finished products meet quality standards
Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when necessary
Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in CNC operations preferred
Prior experience operating CNC machines, especially in drill line or saw environments
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
