BiOptimizers is engaging a contractor as Performance Graphic Designer to support our paid media and digital marketing initiatives during maternity leave coverage. This role will focus primarily on the creation of high-performing static and animated ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms, aligned with BIOptimizers’ brand standards and direct-to-consumer growth strategy.
The ideal candidate is highly execution-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment where iteration, testing, and speed are key. The contractor will work closely with internal teams, contribute to shared workflows, and maintain regular communication.
This engagement is structured as an independent contract. The contractor will invoice for services rendered and is responsible for their own schedule, tools, and tax obligations.
Responsibilities:
Design high-converting static and motion ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Create multiple ad variations optimized for performance testing (hooks, formats, messaging, layouts).
Translate product messaging, scientific insights, and campaign briefs into clear, compelling consumer-facing visuals.
Produce light motion assets and simple animated video ads using Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
Adapt creative assets across multiple aspect ratios and platform requirements (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc.).
Maintain strict brand consistency across all deliverables.
Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Copy, and Brand teams to iterate based on data and feedback.
Organize files and maintain clean design systems for efficient versioning and handoff.
This scope may evolve during the engagement with mutual agreement. The option to stay longer can be discussed.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in AI tools for prompt engineering
Paid social experience a must
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (daily use)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (basic motion editing and simple animation)
Experience designing performance-focused paid social ads
Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads creative best practices
Ability to work quickly and produce multiple variations under tight timelines
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Gemini or similar) for ideation and asset generation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Figma
Experience with light motion graphics or After Effects
Background in DTC or consumer wellness brands
Understanding of performance metrics and creative testing strategy
Familiarity with remote work collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Monday.com)
Work Location
This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.
Company Hours & Collaboration
With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs. At BiOptimizers, we support flexibility — team members are encouraged to work the hours that best suit them, as long as they:
