They specialize in delivering end-to-end solutions, from creative concept and design to the final production of prints, displays and custom constructions used in retail environments, events, exhibitions and marketing activations.
They are currently looking for a Costing & Production Analysis Specialist to join their technical operations team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, procurement and production planning, playing a key part in evaluating product feasibility and ensuring that projects are technically sound and economically viable before they move into manufacturing.
The position is ideal for an analytically strong professional who enjoys working with technical specifications, numbers and structured processes. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Production teams, helping translate customer requirements into clear technical documentation, production plans and accurate cost estimates. Working within a multi-department environment, you will contribute to improving internal costing methodologies, identifying technical risks early and supporting better decision-making across the production lifecycle.
Mission:
As a Costing & Production Analysis Specialist you will have to ensure that products and projects entering the production pipeline are technically feasible, clearly specified and accurately costed. By analyzing technical requirements, evaluating production capabilities and structuring reliable cost estimates, you will help the organization deliver projects efficiently while minimizing operational risks and supporting sustainable business growth. Your work will bridge customer requirements, engineering constraints and production capabilities, ensuring that every project starts with a solid technical and financial foundation.
You will be responsible for:
Product Study & Technical Analysis
- Reviewing and analyzing technical specifications of products and projects prior to production.
- Evaluating the feasibility of production requirements in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Identifying potential technical challenges, limitations or risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Proposing suitable technical solutions aligned with production capabilities and operational efficiency.
Cost Estimation & Cost Analysis
- Preparing preliminary cost estimates for projects based on materials, production processes and resource requirements.
- Performing detailed cost calculations to support pricing and commercial decisions.
- Analyzing cost structures and identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost improvement.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of costing methodologies and internal estimation tools.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Working closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical and production specifications.
- Coordinating with the Production department to evaluate manufacturing constraints, timelines and resource availability.
- Supporting procurement planning by identifying required materials and technical components.
Documentation & ERP Management
- Recording and documenting technical specifications, project parameters and costing information within the ERP system.
- Preparing structured technical documentation and internal reports to support decision-making.
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across internal systems and project documentation.
Continuous Process Improvement
- Contributing to the refinement of internal costing frameworks and production evaluation processes.
- Supporting initiatives that improve operational efficiency, project estimation accuracy and internal workflows.
- Participating in cross-functional discussions to enhance collaboration between engineering, sales and production teams.
Requirements
Must Have
- Degree in an analytical field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and computational tools.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to interpret technical and numerical data.
- Ability to evaluate complex problems and understand the broader operational context.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Exposure to cost analysis, procurement processes or operations planning.
- Very good command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial production or engineering environments.
