As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers trust – whether they reach out via phone or email. You'll guide them through our wide range of print solutions, offer expert advice, and make sure every detail is spot-on. From placing an order to final delivery, you’ll be there to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Answering customer questions and requests by phone or email – quickly, clearly, and kindly
Supporting order placements and making minor adjustments to design files if needed
Coordinating with our production team in Germany to keep customers updated
Creating a seamless and stress-free experience for every customer you help
