As Account Manager DACH, you are the commercial face of Rival Foods across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a primary focus on Germany. You will be responsible for both new business development and expanding existing accounts within foodservice, retail, and hospitality.
You will work closely with our Commercial Director, the international sales team, and cross-functional teams such as Product Development and Operations. This is a hands-on, independent, commercially focused role suited for someone who enjoys building, owning, and scaling a market.
Business Development & Sales
Proactively identify and approach potential customers in foodservice, retail, and hospitality.
Build and grow a strong customer base across the DACH region.
Lead commercial meetings with key accounts and head buyers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
Account Management
Build, nurture, and expand long-term customer relationships.
Guide product launches and pilots at customer locations.
Maintain regular customer contact through visits, calls, and events.
Ensure high client satisfaction and continuous growth.
Market Ownership & Strategy
Monitor market trends and identify commercial opportunities in plant-based.
Represent Rival Foods at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Collect and relay customer insights to the product and operations teams.
Work closely with the sales team to enhance growth and customer success.
