About the Role
The Director, DHS Mission Engagement owns Reveal’s DHS engagement strategy and revenue outcomes. This role is accountable for building senior-level DHS relationships, shaping mission-aligned demand, and converting operational engagement into sustained revenue.
This is a senior, externally facing leadership role with direct responsibility for DHS pipeline development, capture influence, and revenue execution. Success is measured by adoption, program transition, and booked revenue—not activity.
Responsibilities
Own and lead Reveal’s engagement strategy across DHS Components (CBP, ICE, TSA, USCG, FEMA, S&T, etc.)Serve as a senior point of contact for DHS operational, technical, acquisition, and executive stakeholdersPosition Reveal as a long-term mission partner capable of delivering operational outcomes at scaleOwn DHS-aligned pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue executionPartner with BD, capture, and leadership to shape opportunities from early engagement through the awardInfluence win strategies, pricing posture, and solution alignment to close businessDrive conversion of pilots, demos, and prototypes into funded programs and contractsIdentify, prioritize, and shape DHS mission use cases aligned to Reveal capabilitiesGuide CONOPS development, pilots, and operational demonstrations with defined success metricsEnsure operator feedback directly informs product direction and roadmap prioritizationAlign internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to DHS mission prioritiesEstablish engagement discipline, reporting, and accountability across DHS effortsMentor and lead supporting engagement, solutions, and BD personnel
Requirements
12+ years supporting DHS, DoD, IC, or Federal Public Safety customersDemonstrated success owning federal revenue or pipeline responsibilityProven ability to engage and influence GS-15 / SES-level stakeholdersStrong understanding of DHS operational environments and acquisition pathwaysExperience driving opportunities from concept through contract awardAbility to operate independently in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
Nice to Haves
Experience selling or delivering operational software, ISR, C2, sensor integration, or data fusion solutionsFamiliarity with OTAs, pilots, task orders, and programs of recordExisting DHS relationships with operational and acquisition stakeholdersTrack record of scaling early engagements into sustained revenue
Compensation
Salary + Equity Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
