About the Role
Reveal Technology is seeking a Senior RF Systems Engineer to work on the complete RF stack—from hardware abstraction to signal processing. This role is for someone who enjoys building systems end-to-end, working with embedded systems, device drivers, and signal processing. You'll work on hardware abstraction layers, signal capture systems, protocol processing, and more—all running on edge hardware.
This is a full-stack RF engineering role where you'll work across embedded Linux, signal processing, wireless protocols, and software-defined radio. You'll work across the entire stack, from making hardware work to processing signals. If you like working on different problems each day and learning new things, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
Work with RF signals and extract intelligence from the electromagnetic spectrum. Work on hardware integration and device abstractionProcessing signals and analyzing protocolsBuild signal processing pipelines or extracting device informationWork with software-defined radio, signal processing frameworks, wireless protocols, hardware interfaces, and RF analysisWork with RF signals, processing captured data, extracting actionable intelligence, and building systems that turn raw spectrum into useful information
Requirements
7+ years experience building RF systemsHands-on experience building RF systems or embedded Linux projectsAbility to code in C/C++ and PythonExperience with Linux systems and embedded platformsFamiliarity with software-defined radio or wireless hardware (SDR, WiFi adapters, etc.)Understanding of wireless protocols (802.11, Bluetooth, LTE, etc.)Comfortable learning new technologies and hacking things together

Compensation
Salary ($150,000 - $190,000) + Equity Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
