About Reveal Technology
Founded in 2019, Reveal is a dynamic startup revolutionizing field operations by delivering software tools and intelligence to operators in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments.Reveal is the Digital Arms Room for the Modern Warrior — providing the tactical intelligence and automation platform for physical, human, and digital terrain at the edge.
Our flagship products include Farsight, a 3D processing and mission planning platform that transforms complex terrain into operational advantage, and Identifi, a secure identity verification solution designed for rapid, trusted identification in dynamic environments. In 2026, Reveal expanded its software portfolio to include Chronos and Anomaly 6, further strengthening its capabilities across the modern battlefield.
Reveal exists to serve defense, security, and public safety missions where time is compressed, information is contested, and precision matters. We are scaling our team and technology to meet the accelerating demands of modern warfare and national security.
About the Role
The Mission Solutions Manager is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on integrating, deploying, and sustaining networked mission systems across software, edge compute, sensors, mobile devices, and communications links. This person will be trusted to take ownership of technical integration tasks, resolve issues with minimal supervision, and provide field support for customer operations, tests, and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end system integration for fielded mission solutions combining UAS, sensors (including RF-enabled systems where applicable), edge compute, mobile devices, and network transport.Design, configure, and troubleshoot field networking for distributed environments: IP planning; bridging vs. routing; VLANs; NAT; DHCP/DNS; multicast/unicast considerations; and performance constraints over low-bandwidth or high-latency links.Diagnose and resolve system issues across link, network, and application layers using structured troubleshooting, logs, and packet capture tools (e.g., tcpdump/Wireshark), and implement durable fixes through configuration, automation, documentation, or engineering escalation with clear repro steps.Serve as a technical liaison between Mission Solutions, Engineering, Product, Operations, and external partners—translating field requirements into actionable technical work and driving resolution to completion.Prepare, configure, test, and deploy mission hardware kits and supporting equipment; validate readiness and ensure repeatability through checklists and “golden configuration” baselines.Provide field support for customer operations, evaluations, and demonstrations, including setup/teardown and on-site troubleshooting as needed.Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, reference architectures, and network/wiring diagrams to standardize deployments and reduce friction for field teams.Manage Mission Solutions equipment readiness: inventory status, assignment tracking, kit standardization, and lifecycle coordination (repairs/RMAs/vendor coordination).Assist with forecasting, procurement inputs (BOMs/buy lists), and operational planning to support mission schedules and partner needs.Help establish and run recurring internal coordination rhythms (readiness reviews, integration syncs, after-action feedback loops) to improve execution velocity and quality.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to independently integrate and troubleshoot complex hardware/software systems in real-world environments.Strong practical understanding of IP networking fundamentals, including L2/L3 concepts, bridging vs. routing, DHCP/DNS, NAT, TCP/UDP behavior, and basic multicast.Hands-on experience with at least two of the following domains: Networked unmanned systems (UAS) and payload integration, Edge compute (Linux-based systems; embedded/rugged compute a plus), Field networking (bridges, routers, managed switches, Wi-Fi links, constrained networks), Sensors or communications-adjacent systems (including RF-enabled platforms or detection systems)Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders, providing clear documentation, logs, and reproducible problem statements when escalation is required.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear technical documentation that others can execute.Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in equipment readiness, configuration management, and field logistics.Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% and support operations in field environments.Ability to lift and move typical field equipment cases and supporting hardware.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience operating, integrating, sustaining, or training on DoD/government fielded systems and mission equipment in operational or training environments.Familiarity with DoD field practices (equipment accountability, kit readiness, comms discipline, documentation standards, and working under time constraints).Veterans and transitioning service members are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those with hands-on experience in one or more of the communities: Tactical communications / comm-electronics (radio/comms system integration, network planning in austere environments, field troubleshooting), UAS / CUAS integration support (payload integration, data link/network integration, sensor-to-app workflows, field kit readiness), ISR / sensor integration roles (integrating multi-sensor systems, managing mission data flows, field validation and troubleshooting)SIGINT-adjacent / RF sensing support (signal monitoring/characterization support, DF/geolocation support, collection workflow support—within authorized roles), Electronics maintenance / avionics / systems maintenance (hardware bring-up, cabling/connectors, bench + field troubleshooting, configuration control), Field service / technical operator roles supporting deployed systems and mission partners (setup/teardown, readiness, sustainment)Experience working with bridged or multi-subnet environments and designing connectivity for systems that must share data across multiple networks.Exposure to RF concepts, RF-enabled sensors, direction-finding/detection systems, or tactical communications ecosystems.Familiarity with geospatial/3D workflows (photogrammetry/videogrammetry), mission planning, and data-handling in constrained environments.Scripting/automation experience (Python/Bash/PowerShell) to support deployment, health checks, log capture, and repeatable setup.FAA Part 107 certification.Active or prior security clearance (preferred, not required).
