We are hiring an elite-level Executive Assistant to support Co-Founder Alex Hormozi, entrepreneur, investor, and author behind multiple 8- and 9-figure brands. He operates with relentless focus on building, teaching, and scaling businesses, and this role exists to multiply that output.
This role is about leverage. You are the operational force that clears the runway, keeps the signal high, and removes anything that slows momentum. Your job is to protect time like it is gold, anticipate needs before they are spoken, and ensure nothing interferes with progress. You create clarity, eliminate noise, and make speed possible.
This is a fast-paced, highly integrated partnership with a Co-Founder who values ownership, direct communication, and high performance. You will operate in a high-trust environment where standards are high, feedback is direct, and execution is the baseline.
If you are adaptable, thrive in ambiguity, communicate with clarity, and are ready to operate alongside one of the most prolific creators and operators in the industry, you will be at home here.
Own and manage all professional and personal calendars, ensuring time is aligned to the highest-leverage priorities, strategic initiatives, and critical relationships.
Act as the gatekeeper and force multiplier, driving meetings to outcomes by preparing agendas, capturing decisions, assigning owners, and closing loops without reminders.
Triage and manage communications (email, messages, requests), drafting responses in the Founder’s voice and ensuring alignment and follow-through with key stakeholders.
Own and run priority projects on behalf of the Co-Founder (marketing initiatives, media workflows, internal operations, special projects), including timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and execution.
Build, maintain, and leverage Asana projects to track initiatives, surface risks early, and ensure consistent, on-time delivery.
Lead logistics for travel, events, and speaking engagements, with layered contingencies, real-time problem-solving, and flexibility outside standard business hours.
Provide Personal Assistant support as needed, owning personal logistics and priorities alongside executive responsibilities to ensure the Founder’s life and work operate seamlessly.
7+ years of experience supporting founders, C-level executives, or high-net-worth individuals, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Elite communicator who writes clearly, speaks directly, and adapts tone to context while delivering signal only.
Proven discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive, strategic, or confidential information.
High emotional intelligence, able to navigate shifting priorities, personalities, and pressure without drama.
Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and follow through completely.
Highly responsive and execution-focused, comfortable operating with urgency, high standards, and availability outside normal business hours.
Technically fluent and systems-oriented, with demonstrated expertise in modern productivity and project management tools (Asana, Google Workspace, Slack).
Demonstrated comfort operating across both executive and personal priorities, with sound judgment around discretion, boundaries, and urgency.
Meetings are outcome-driven, with agendas prepared in advance, decisions documented, clear owners assigned, and action items consistently executed to completion.
Travel, events, and personal logistics execute flawlessly, with proactive contingencies, real-time adjustments, and zero dropped details.
Personal priorities are managed with the same rigor as business operations, ensuring the Founder’s life runs smoothly without distraction or inefficiency.
The Co-Founder’s calendar reflects only the highest-leverage priorities, with noise eliminated and strategic focus protected.
Communications are filtered, timely, and aligned with the Founder’s voice, ensuring clarity without distraction.
Systems replace chaos, execution is predictable, and you never become a bottleneck in what you own.
