About Us
The Food & Beverage Management Trainee supports the Food & Beverage department with administrative tasks and also assists the various Food & Beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, and banqueting) with their daily operational activities. The internship takes place at Brasserie Marie, one of the most beautiful restaurants in Amsterdam.

What You Will Do
Assist and support the Food & Beverage department with all common administrative and operational tasks | Assist in recording, entering, and organizing reservations in the restaurants and bars | Organize reservations for special restaurant/bar events, such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, King’s Day, etc. | Perform administrative work to support service and kitchen operations | Operationally assist in the various outlets during busy periods.
Who you are
For this internship you must be enrolled in a study program for which the internship is a required component | Motivated to gain experience and learn in the chosen department | Willing to work effectively in a dynamic environment | Attention to detail and precision in task execution | Positive and dynamic team player | Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and management | Ability to maintain a positive attitude | Striving to get the most out of your internship.
