During your Front Office internship, you will be part of an enthusiastic team and involved in the daily rituals of the reception. You will assist with guest check-in and check-out, answer questions, and contribute to a smooth and pleasant guest journey from arrival to departure.
What You Will Do
As a Guest Service Agent Trainee, you will support the Front Office team in delivering five-star luxury service. You will play an active role in welcoming guests, assisting with complaint handling, and contributing to improved LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes Travel Guide scores.
