The Head of Account Management leads the function responsible for ensuring that partners fully utilise and maximise their Savvy Investor packages.
This is a senior leadership role focused on delivery excellence, operational efficiency and long-term partner success. While the role does not carry direct revenue ownership, the quality of execution, relationship management and partner experience plays a critical role in partnership renewal and long-term retention.
The role manages a team of Account Managers, while also overseeing a portfolio of key strategic partner relationships.
The Head of Account Management also oversees the successful delivery of Savvy Investor’s key industry initiatives, including Dinners and Awards.
