General Characteristics (Job Summary)
- Involve in complex administrative tasks for various HR functions, including recruitment, orientation, performance appraisal, labor management, payroll, benefits, policy compliance, employee relations, and record keeping
- Assist in project execution and provide systematic business support for sites by serving as a business support function, handling HR at sites
- Manage expenses and mobilization, assignment, and attendance of personnel at site
- Manage employment, retirement, and contracts of local recruits and personnel with third country nationality
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with the corporate reward philosophy.
- Coordinate and monitor the recruitment process and dispatch as per site requirements.
- Conduct orientation for new employees.
- Manage labor, payroll, benefits, and labor contracts.
- Manage performance appraisal, annual evaluation of employees.
- Maintain records of manpower list, profiles of individual staff and workers, and daily manpower reports.
- Be responsible for correspondence, memorandum, announcements, and other official letters related to administration matters.
- Ensure policy compliance of domestic and international assignments.
- Coordinate terminations and leaves of absences.
- Provide advice, guidance, and interpretation of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, complaints, and disputes.
- Check personnel related documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain files and records of a confidential nature.
- Prepare periodic standardized reports.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR
- HR experience gained at project site within the Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry is preferred
