Kindred Bravely is looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Influencer & Affiliate Specialist to own the execution of our creator, affiliate, and events programs. Reporting to the Brand Director, this role is responsible for the day-to-day work that keeps our influencer and affiliate channels running — from sourcing and seeding creators to managing affiliate partners and supporting brand activations and events.
About Us
Kindred Bravely exists to make early motherhood feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more supported. Trusted by millions of moms since 2015, Kindred Bravely thoughtfully designs award-winning maternity, postpartum, breastfeeding, and baby essentials that offer unparalleled comfort and intuitive function, allowing moms to feel supported, empowered, and more like themselves.
The Opportunity
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is deeply plugged into the creator landscape, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving. You will work closely with the brand team to ensure every partnership, campaign, and event activation reflects who Kindred Bravely is and connects meaningfully with our community.

- Is a natural relationship-builder who knows how to source, connect with, and nurture creator and partner relationships over time.
- Is exceptionally organized and able to manage a high volume of outreach, gifting logistics, and affiliate partners simultaneously.
- Is plugged into the creator space with a strong sense of who is resonating with audiences and what content is performing.
- Is genuinely data-driven and uses performance insights to make decisions, identify what’s working, and proactively surface what isn’t.
- Is comfortable with attribution and can identify tracking gaps, discrepancies, and platform issues across influencer and affiliate channels.
- Is a proactive communicator who surfaces problems early and keeps cross-functional partners informed.
- Is execution-focused and consistently delivers high-quality work on time and on brand.
- Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of moms and brings that enthusiasm to the work.

- Activate creators around key product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments to drive UGC and brand awareness.
- Own whitelisting execution in coordination with the paid media team.
- Support execution of pop-in retail activations, brand partnership events, and creator events, including logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Stay current on creator trends, platform changes, and emerging voices in the maternity, parenting, and lifestyle space.
Affiliate & Analytics
- Own daily operations of the affiliate program on Awin, including partner communication, link management, and promotional updates.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with brand values and target audience.
- Monitor affiliate performance, identify attribution discrepancies, and escalate platform issues as needed.
- Analyze performance data across influencer and affiliate channels and deliver regular reporting with clear, actionable takeaways.
- Track key metrics including engagement rate, EMV, affiliate revenue, conversion rate, and new customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain dashboards or tracking documents to support ongoing program optimization.
- Use performance data to make recommendations on creator mix, commission structure, and campaign timing.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing ideally in DTC, lifestyle, or apparel.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with influencer platforms (e.g., ShopMy, GRIN, AspireIQ) and/or affiliate networks (ShareASale, Awin, Impact), including reporting and attribution features.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong written communication and partner-facing correspondence.
- Self-starter who executes independently and escalates proactively.
- Passion for the maternity, parenting, or women’s lifestyle category is a plus.
