In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key client accounts, nurturing strong relationships
and identifying opportunities for growth. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who
can drive business success through effective upselling and cross-selling, ensuring our
clients maximise the value they get from our solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts, with a particular focus on law firms.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and superior service.
Account Growth and Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client accounts and expand revenue streams.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling additional products within existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal product and sales teams to ensure client feedback is recognised and integrated into our solutions.
Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor account performance against key metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to inform product development and overall business strategy.
Team Collaboration
- Work alongside the product team to share client feedback and system improvements.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role (ideally within software, SaaS, or the legal sector).
- UK market experience is a significant added advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in increasing revenue from existing clients through
upselling or cross-selling.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive consistent growth.
- Experience working with law firms or within the legal sector is highly beneficial.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (Spoken and Written).
- A results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
