Lead Developer Unity3D
As we are growing, we are looking for someone leading the development team, under the direction of our Chief Technological Officer. You will be in charge of ensuring that the development team follows the internal processes and produces code meeting our quality requirements and implementing the requested features in a timely manner.
You like being part of a challenging and innovative environment, and enjoy building teams and internal processes. You are able to prototype and explore ideas quickly, and to guide and give advice to the other members of the development team. You will actively take part in the recruitment process of the members of the team that will report to you.
For nearly all of the development fields of the company, you can justify several years of experience in or a good understanding of its specificity and its challenges: data security, backend development, multimedia application, game development, pipeline for content creation.
We are a small team, so you’ll be part of the entire product building process, from conception to development. Responsibilities
- Lead the development team under the CTO’s supervision
- Take part in the recruitments and evaluations of the team members
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, with the expected level of quality
- Lead the features development, from the specification to the implementation, and their maintenance
- Set the development team internal processes and ensure they are respected
- Take part into creating and maintaining a good team spirit
Qualifications
Requirements
- Experience with Unity3D (3+ years of experience)
- Experience with React Native (2+ year of experience)
- Multimedia or 3D-rendering development (2+ years of experience)
- Experience with Agile development (2+ years experience)
- Automation and unit tests (2+ years experience)
- Able to write modular and quality code
- Passionate about helping people
- Team-oriented worker
- Positive attitude
- Great communication skills
Frameworks and tools
- React Native, HTML5/CSS, JS frameworks (nodeJS, jquery,...)
- C#; PHP, SQL
- Scripting languages
- Documentation generators (Doxygen, TypeDoc, …)
