What You'll Do
As part of our People Operations function, the Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator plays a key role in fostering employee growth and organizational development. This individual will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of billups Learning Lab, our internal L&D Center of Excellence. This individual will support the coordination of a variety of global training programs, ensuring that employees across all levels have access to meaningful learning opportunities. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for employee development.
What You'll Bring
Required Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a similar L&D or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Essential Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive); Apple Keynote and Apple Pages; and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must showcase strong time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage relationships effectively.
Experience in taking initiative, and exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
An enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Core Role Duties:
Program Coordination:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions, workshops, and other development initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for training programs, including virtual platform setup, learning technology utilization, and material distribution.
Maintain training calendars and communicate opportunities to employees.
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain L&D records, including attendance, certifications, and feedback.
Ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) is updated with current course offerings and employee progress.
Prepare reports and metrics on training participation and effectiveness.
Content Support:
Assist in adapting and updating content based on employee feedback and organizational needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding L&D inquiries and administrative support.
Liaise with internal departments and external training providers to ensure smooth program execution.
Continuous Improvement:
Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to recommend enhancements.
Stay updated on L&D trends and best practices to contribute to innovative program design.
