You’ll coordinate and support shareholder communications, assist with the planning and delivery of AGMs and regional hui, maintain shareholder information, and respond to enquiries with care and professionalism. You’ll also contribute to newsletters and other communications that keep our people informed and connected.
It’s a role that requires strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships across generations. You’ll need to be comfortable working face to face, supporting events, and ensuring our engagement reflects the values of our business.
We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of whakapapa connections, handles information with integrity, and takes pride in doing the detail well. Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications or administration is valuable, but just as important is your ability to work respectfully within a kaupapa Māori environment.
