About the Role
We are looking for a Media Buyer Specialist to manage and execute media buying strategies across multiple e-commerce websites. This is a hands-on role focused on driving traffic, managing ad spend, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. You will be responsible for utilizing a "turn and burn" approach to campaigns, continuously refining and testing new strategies while working within a monthly ad spend of $10,000. Additionally, you will support social media efforts, outreach, and overall brand growth across multiple platforms.
You will also have the opportunity to work on multiple sites, either focusing on the overall growth of a specific site or providing dedicated expertise for tasks such as social media management and SEO for all properties.
Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Campaign Management:
- Oversee ad spend of $10,000/month, using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other social channels to drive traffic and increase conversions for e-commerce sites.
- Manage and execute paid ad campaigns to generate relevant, high-converting traffic to websites.
- Regularly audit and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and ensure that ad budgets are spent efficiently.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media pages across multiple platforms, engaging with audiences and increasing brand awareness.
- Collaborate on content creation and marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to build social media communities, and nurture customer loyalty.
SEO & Outreach (if applicable):
- Support website SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility across search engines.
- Work closely with the SEO team to ensure optimized landing pages, content, and product descriptions.
- Implement outreach campaigns to improve backlinks, and domain authority, and drive targeted traffic.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track and report on the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce space.
- Proven ability to manage high ad spends ($10k/month or more) and drive results.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other paid social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies, content marketing, and outreach techniques is a plus.
Skills:
- Highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and third-party tools for campaign execution.
